  1. Return Policy

    All product returns and exchanges require a proof of purchase and must be dealt directly with the retailer where the product was bought.

  2. Warranty

    Ding it offers a 2 years warranty for all the products bought new and that where never used before, except for cases where it's stated specifically that the warranty is extended. However, the lack of conformity of the returned product cannot be accepted if, at the moment of conclusion of the contract of sale, the consumer knew or could not reasonably have been unaware of the lack of conformity of the product.
